it's about time crazed murderers like scott peterson got what they deserved. after months of trials, and a case in which nobody doubted the apparent killing of his wife and unborn fetus child, scott peterson has been convicted of first and second degree murder. i hope he gets the death penalty. personally.

remember a few weeks ago when the pre-halloween box office blunder "surviving christmas" was in theaters? guess what? ben affleck's latest stinker was so poor in the box office that they have decided to rush it to DVD for an Xmas release (the fastest in movie history). if that's not an honor or a ridiculous ho out, i don't know what it is. damn ben sucks.

last night the Mates of State roused a half full magic stick with their twitchy, shouty organ anthems. look here on monday for the full review from kacz for the michigan daily.

is it too eary? dreamworks' brian grazer and ron howard have bought the rights to make an 8 hour tv movie about the 9-11 commission report. call that bad taste, in my opinion. at least wait the usual 9 year period before turning it into, not a tv lackluster, but a full-on "independence day" movie complete with million dollar cgi. sorry.
